Examples of Residential Cleaning

Routine Cleaning

R and A live in an 1880s-era, renovated, two-story coach house in the Cole Valley section of San Francisco. The 1,100-square-foot home includes separate living and dining spaces, a bathroom, kitchen, laundry and utility room, as well as two bedrooms, one of which is used as an office. A second office has been added to the front of the house. R and A regularly call upon Cleanerific to clean their house because, R says, “We want to support JFCS, which we think is an exceptional agency that does a remarkable job in helping people during times of need. And we’re glad that Cleanerific doesn’t use any chemicals that can harm us and the environment.” Adds A: “ Cleanerific’s crew is not only hard-working and excellent at what they do, but they are also really nice people. No request is too large or too small. Their customer-service attitude is top-notch.”

Move-in / Move-out Cleaning

F moved into a house in San Francisco in the spring. Although the previous owners had informed him that the home had recently been professionally cleaned, he found dust, leaves, and cobwebs everywhere and a refrigerator caked in four inches of ice. He called Cleanerific to the rescue. “They do a fantastic job,” F exclaims. “They buffed, polished, removed all cobwebs, cleaned the freezer, and removed all the soap scum in the shower. They really knocked my socks off. I’ve since used them for unpacking all of my boxes, putting things away, and cleaning the carpet and upholstery. I also had them clean my old house in preparation to sell it. As their name suggests, they are terrific. I will continue using them for deep cleaning that my weekly housekeeper can’t keep up with.”
